Job Description

As part of the promotional team, you’ll work closely with our sales and marketing team to promote Our DJ Rocks and Photo booth Rocks with potential clients and vendor partners at live promotional events, trade shows, wedding shows and showcases.

Promo team get paid $10 per hour. Must go through photo booth training.

Live Event Production Team

Photobooth Concierge → Event Tech Growth Path

We are hiring team members who want to step into live events and grow inside a professional entertainment company.

At Photo Booth Rocks and Our DJ Rocks, all Event Tech team members begin as Photobooth Concierge. In this role, you’ll learn guest interaction, event flow, and setup precision while supporting weddings, corporate events, and social celebrations across Central Florida.

From there, qualified team members grow into Event Tech roles supporting lighting, DJ equipment, special effects, and advanced photo booth installations.

This is more than just running a booth.
It’s learning how events truly operate behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do

• Warmly welcome and engage guests at weddings, private, and corporate events
• Encourage participation and create a high-energy, organized photo booth experience
• Set up and break down photo booth equipment, props, and guestbook stations
• Maintain clean, polished, and professional booth environments
• Manage lines and guest flow with confidence and hospitality
• Learn DJ setup, lighting installation, and special effects operation as you grow

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable handling audio, lighting, and visual equipment in live event settings
• Able to troubleshoot and problem-solve calmly under pressure
• Basic comfort with computers and technology
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between Lake Mary and Kissimmee
• Availability on Fridays and Saturdays (weekday events as needed)
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and coachable

No prior event experience required.
We train from the ground up.

Pay & Schedule

• Photobooth Concierge starting pay: $17.50 per hour
• Event Tech pay range: $17–$20 per hour based on experience and skill growth
• Most team members work 4–10 events per week depending on availability and skill level
• Event days typically range from 5–16 hours depending on location and event scope
• Access to 401(k) with company match (rare in event-based roles)
