Anna & Liam: Old Florida Destination Wedding
Anna and Liam planned an Old Florida-style destination wedding for their friends and family from their home of Philadelphia, PA.
When we first spoke to them about their vision, we knew we had to be there on their big day! They were so sweet. Even when the pandemic hit, they didn’t let it get in the way of their friends and family coming to Florida to celebrate!
They were originally planning for May 16th, but the world had other plans. After working with our team and their other vendors, they decided to postpone their celebration to August—almost a year from when they first reached out to us. Their amazing venue and vendors worked together seamlessly to ensure that their original vision came to life.
A safe celebration was at the forefront of everyone’s mind! Details included a hand sanitizer at each table, and classic Old Florida florals in whites with baby blue and orange accents. They took care to make each part of the wedding feel special to them as a couple, even matching Anna’s bouquet to the flowers and kumquats on the cake! What a fun and special touch!
Our DJ Rocks also provided uplighting for the reception space, setting a warm amber glow to add to the ambiance of love.
DJ Emily was able to incorporate the couple’s favorite songs throughout the night, getting guests of every age out onto the dance floor! Here’s a little note we received after they got back from their honeymoon:
