Arthur’s Chef Open House Experience
With the events and wedding industry looking to still wow new and potential brides and clients, Arthur’s Catering took the cake by hosting their Chef’s Open House Experience at the new Harriett’s Orlando Ballet Centre located north of Downtown Orlando.
Guests were welcomed with temperature checks and velvet ropes, and were quickly whisked into the modern ambiance created by our vendor partners. Pastels, metallics, and jewel tones paired perfectly with the crystal chandeliers that adorned the ceiling.
DJ Kristin kept heads bobbing and toes tapping, providing a fun mix of songs for the day, and also acting as MC to ensure each guest knew what fun surprises were coming next.
Safety was the top priority for all couples and vendors who attended the open house. In order to create a safe environment, the guests were divided into three shifts of small groups with time in between each shift to sanitize and reset the room. Social distancing was encouraged and maintained by spreading guests apart and requiring all guests and vendors to wear masks.
Of course, any event hosted by Arthur’s Catering is sure to leave everyone wanting one more taste! From amazingly fresh salads to chef-manned tasting stations, the food was absolutely incredible.
After the main tasting, guests were moved to their second location for sangria and dessert. Made fresh when you walked up, Arthur’s famous Flaming Donuts were a huge hit among the couples and guests, combining doughnut holes, brown sugar, butter, Kahlua, 151 Rum, cinnamon, and a scoop of vanilla ice cream! Can we say YUM?!
Calling it a “Mask-erade Party,” there were even prizes for the most creative masks. The idea of wearing masks at a wedding can seem like a downer but if you frame it positively, it gives your guests the chance to have fun and get creative!
